Who we are
American European Exportz LLC is a company registered in California, United States. We provide import and export services between the United States, the United Kingdom and Europe, and AI integration services under the name AI Exportz. Where this notice says "we" or "us", it means American European Exportz LLC.
What we collect
This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking. We only collect the information you choose to send us, usually by email: your name, your company, your contact details, and the details of the goods or services you are asking about.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
- To provide the services you ask us to provide, including arranging shipments and customs clearance.
- To keep the business records we are required to keep by law, such as invoices and customs documents.
Who we share it with
When we arrange a shipment for you, we share the details needed to move it with the carriers, freight forwarders and customs authorities involved. When we deliver an AI integration, we use the service providers needed to run it, under agreements that protect your data. We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and transaction records for as long as tax and customs law requires.
Your rights
If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have rights under UK GDPR and GDPR, including the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, and to object to how we use it. California residents have similar rights under California law. To use any of these rights, email us at trade@aeexportz.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority; in the UK this is the Information Commissioner's Office.
